Psst! I wanna tell you a secret.

Because I taught it for ~20 years, people assume I love math but – and don’t tell my old students this – it’s not true! I don’t really like math!

I am passionate about helping people LEARN and I’m good at it! I love the puzzle of trying to figure out what is causing the disconnect or locating the gap in understanding, then designing the question or activity that will help the learner make the connection. It makes my day when a person lights up with an "Ah-ha" and sits up straighter with confidence.

That’s why I love being an Instructional Designer.

I specialize in crafting interactive and engaging courses tailored to meet both individual learning objectives and organizational needs. From conducting training needs analyses to designing innovative learning solutions and developing captivating eLearning modules, I bring a wealth of expertise to every project.
