Modified plans based on feedback and challenge points
Impact:

Quotes from end of year survey on this training series:
"Not only was each session carefully thought through and facilitated, but the activities were (directly and indirectly) responsive to how groups had struggled or expressed need in the previous session. "
"I truly love the PD offered via the Equity group. Outside presenters were tremendous. On a professional and personal level, I was pushed to expose biases, predilections for certain activities or hidden avoidance of certain situations."
"I think the various scenarios that we had to work through made it feel like we were dealing with real issues. And there were a lot of times that I had to feel uncomfortable and find ways to be with that. That helped me grow."
"All positive impacts and elements I take into my daily work. It's like taking a 1-off university class on teaching. Wonderful. More of the same for next year!"

The workshop provided a common language and sparked greater collaboration among colleagues for continued application throughout the year.
