This infographic was created as a visual tool to help employees apply an equity lens reflective cycle to any scenario in their work. It was connected to the equity training program I led.

Highlights:  

• By the end of the year, most employees were independently using the equity lens reflective cycle to examine their work. 

• This tool laid the foundation for specific common scenarios, like the hiring process and conflict mediation. 

This animation was created to share the school's plan for hybrid and concurrent teaching with faculty during the COVID pandemic. The goal was to reassure people of their capability and the support they would receive.

Highlights: 

• In a time of isolation and high anxiety, this animation helped communicate key information and acknowledge challenges in a way that provided more human connection than text alone.

Video Script

This tool was created for leaders planning to facilitate controversial conversations. It was based on a process presented by a subject-matter expert.

Highlights: 

• The decision tree format helped participants gain greater clarity on the information presented in the instructor-led training and be able to apply the process to intentionally plan for leading potentially controversial conversations.
