My Design Process
Step 1: Meet with stakeholders to create a plan for addressing performance gaps, including identifying learning objectives and assessment criteria.
Step 2: Create a design document and storyboard outlining the overall design for stakeholders to review and suggest revisions.
Step 3: Develop the prototype following the agreed upon plan and employing an iterative review process to ensure a high-quality learning solution.
Step 4: Implement project and monitor learner experience. Record data and make changes as needed.
